摘要
通过对各地预制菜相关标准、政策进行比较研究,分析预制菜产业大省的发展思路和成功经验,并总结获得的启示,为其他地区预制菜产业发展提供一点参考和借鉴。Based on the comparative study of the relevant standards and policies, this paper analyzes the development ideas and successful experiences of the major provinces in the pre-prepared food industry, and sums up the enlightenment gained from the discussion, for other regions to provide some reference for the development of pre-prepared food industry.
