钻杆圆螺纹参数在线测量实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 螺纹参数测量是质量保证的前提,也是螺纹溯源的基础。如何基于光学测量原理在狭小空间内实现高精度、高效测量螺纹参数是行业性难题。以钻杆接头圆螺纹为研究对象,基于低相干干涉法测量原理开展内螺纹测量实验,深入分析低相干干涉法测量原理,设计基于低相干干涉法的内螺纹测量方案,研究螺纹参数计算方法,并搭建简易实验平台。实验表明,采用低相干干涉法能够完整地获取圆螺纹轮廓曲线,搭建的测量实验平台重复测量精度可达0.04 mm,满足参数化在线测量需求。该研究可为钻杆内螺纹及内孔测量提供一种新的解决方案。 The measurement of thread parameters is the premise of quality assurance and the basis of thread traceability.How to measure thread parameters with high precision and high efficiency in a narrow space based on optical measurement principle is a difficult problem in the industry.Taking the drill pipe joint round thread as the research object,carried out the experiment of thread measurement based on the measurement principle of low coherence interferometry,deeply analyzed the measurement principle of low coherence interferometry,designed the scheme of thread measurement based on low coherence interferometry,studied the calculation method of thread parameters,and built a simple experiment platform.Experiments show that the low coherence interferometry method can obtain the contour curve of round thread completely,and the repeatable measurement of the measurement platform can reach 0.04 mm,which meets the requirements of thread parametric online measurement.This research can provide a new solution for measuring the internal thread and hole of drill pipe.
