摘要
这里提出了一种基于机器视觉的螺纹非接触检测技术,利用CCD作为螺纹几何要素的探测器件,借用模式识别、图像处理技术,实现了对螺纹中径、螺距、牙型角三个重要参数的在线测量。实验说明,应用机器视觉检测螺纹检测速度快,检测精度高,是螺纹检测的发展方向。
We developed a non - touching measuring technology in screw thread based on machine vision, used CCD as the detecting instrument of screw thread outline dimension, applied mode detecting and picture conducting technology to measure three important parameters of screw thread online: the middle diameter, pitch and thread angle. It was verified that measuring screw thread by machine vision was fast in rapidity and high in precision. It is the developing tendency of measuring screw thread.
