摘要
目的探讨基于前馈控制的护理措施对支气管肺炎患儿雾化吸入的康复效果。方法选取我院2022年3月—2023年3月收治的70例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。所有患儿均采取雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上增加基于前馈控制的护理措施。对比两组患儿依从性、症状缓解时间及患儿家长健康知识水平。结果研究组患儿治疗依从率91.43%高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿咳嗽缓解时间、发热改善时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患儿家长对发病原因、雾化知识、治疗方式、饮食、并发症相关健康认知水平的评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿家长对发病原因、雾化知识、治疗方式、饮食、并发症相关健康认知水平的评分均较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于前馈控制的护理措施可改善支气管肺炎患儿治疗依从性,辅助缓解其咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音等临床症状,提升患儿家长健康知识水平。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of nursing measures based on feedforward control on nebulization inhalation in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 70 children with bronchopneumonitis admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.All children were treated with aerosol inhalation.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was added nursing measures based on feedforward control on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance,symptom relief time and health knowledge level of children's parents were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of children in the study group was 91.43%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cough relief time,fever improvement time and lung wet rales disappearance time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of parents of children between the two groups on the cause of disease,atomization knowledge,treatment method,diet,and health cognition related to complications(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of parents of children in the two groups on the cause of disease,atomization knowledge,treatment methods,diet,and health cognition related to complications were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing measures based on feedforward control can improve the treatment compliance of children with bronchopneumonia,assist in relieving their clinical symptoms such as cough,fever,and lung moist rales,and improve the health knowledge level of parents of children.
