摘要
目的 分析目标管理在髋关节置换术患者康复锻炼中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年10月—2022年10月本院接受髋关节置换术治疗的患者70例为研究对象,以电脑抽号法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者实施常规管理,观察组患者实施目标管理,对比两组患者接受不同管理措施后的差异。结果 观察组患者的生活质量、Harris、Barthel等评分与对照组相比更高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的SAS、VAS等评分与对照组相比更低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 目标管理在髋关节置换术患者康复锻炼中的应用效果明确,有助于提高患者的生活质量,提升患者的髋关节功能以及日常生活能力,缓解患者的疼痛感,减轻患者的负性情绪,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze application effect of objective management in rehabilitation exercise of patients with hip replacement surgery.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with hip replacement surgery in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group with computer number drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine management,while observation group with target management.Difference between two groups after different management measures was compared.Resluts Life quality,Harris,Barthel scores and other scores of observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS,VAS,and other scores of observation group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Objectiv management can achieve clear effect in rehabilitation exercise of patients with hip arthroplasty,and improve their life quality,enhance hip joint function and daily living ability,alleviate pain and negative emotions,which has wide clinical application value.
