摘要
目的观察综合康复护理对全髋关节置换术患者康复效果及自理能力的影响。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月该院收治的全髋关节置换术后患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上采用综合康复护理,观察两组的临床指标。结果护理后,实验组的Harris评分优良率(90.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,实验组患者的各项髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的Barthel评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组的Barthel评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理能显著提高全髋关节置换术患者的康复效果,改善其肢体功能,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect and self-care ability of patients undergoing total hip replacement.Methods A total of 100 patients after total hip arthroplasty admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopts conventional nursing,and the experimental group adopts comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The clinical indicators of the two groups were observed.Results After nursing,the excellence and good rate of the Harris score in the experimental group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the hip joint function scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,comparing the Barthel Scores of the two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the Barthel score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing total hip replacement and improve their limb function,which is worthy of popularization and application.
