摘要
目的 探讨基于HAPA模型的菜单式护理在老年全髋关节置换术患者中的应用。方法 选取2019年1月—2020年12月医院收治的98例老年全髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组实施传统宣教与干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于HAPA模型的菜单式护理。观察比较两组心理状态、髋关节功能康复情况及生活质量评分。结果 干预后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛程度、关节功能、关节活动度、关节畸形及髋关节功能总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于HAPA模型的菜单式护理能有效改善老年全髋关节置换术患者心理状态,提高髋关节功能康复情况,对优化其生活质量与康复效果均具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the application of menu nursing based on HAPA model in elderly patients with total hip replacement.Methods To select 98 elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,with 49 cases each group.The control group implemented traditional education and intervention,and the observation group implemented menu nursing based on HAPA model on the basis of the control group.Observe and compare the psychological status,rehabilitation of hip joint function and quality of life scores of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree,joint function,joint range of motion,joint deformity and total score of hip joint function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The menu-based nursing based on HAPA model can effectively improve the psychological status of elderly patients with total hip replacement,improve the rehabilitation of hip joint function,and have positive significance in optimizing their quality of life and rehabilitation effect.
