摘要
教师减负是一项让教师绽放生命价值和生命活力的系统性工程。作为独立的生命个体,教师生命自觉的追寻、生命质量的升华、生命价值的达成都迫切要求教师减负。随着人工智能时代的来临,先进智能技术在教学领域中的运用为教师减负提供了一种新的契机与路向。具体而言,智能技术在关照教师人文属性、拓展教师发展空间、提高教师生命效能等方面具有一定优势。为此,可借助智能技术代理教师重复性工作、辅助厘清教师衍生职责、复归教师育人主责、助推教学提质增效.
Reducing the burden on teachers is a systematic project that enables teachers to blossom their life value and vitality.Asan independent individual,teachers pursuit of life consciousness,sublimation of life quality and realization of life value urgentlyrequire teachers to reduce their burden.With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,the application of advanced intelligenttechnology in the field of teaching provides a new opportunity and direction for teachers to reduce their burden.Specifically,intelligent technology has certain advantages in caring for teachers humanistic attributes,expanding teachers development spaceand improving teachers life efficacy.To this end,intelligent technology can be used to agent teachers repetitive work,help clarifyteachers derivative responsibilities,restore teachers main responsibility for educating people,and promote teaching quality andefficiency.
