摘要
狼疮性肾炎是一种病因未明的多系统损伤的自身免疫性疾病.因其多系统损害的特点,临床表现及病理类型上有较大个体差异,西医治疗本病的同时可能会引起一定的副作用.中医中药具有疗效显著、安全性高、复发率低等独特优势,其中中药制剂因其简便廉效的特点在临床中发挥了重要作用.近年来有关狼疮性肾炎的中医临床和实验研究日趋增多,通过查阅国内外最新文献,介绍中医药治疗狼疮性肾炎的诊治进展,为今后的研究工作提供参考.
Lupus nephritis is an autoimmune disease with multiple system injuries of unknown etiology.Due to its characteristic of multiple system damage,there are significant individual differences in clinical manifestations and pathological types.Western medicine may cause certain side effects while treating this disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages such as significant therapeutic effect,high safety,and low recurrence rate,among which traditional Chinese medicine preparations play an important role in clinical practice due to their simple and cost-effective characteristics.In recent years,clinical and experimental studies on lupus nephritis in traditional Chinese medicine have been increasing,In this paper,by consulting the latest literature at home and abroad,the progress in the treatment of lupus nephritis with traditional Chinese medicine are introduced,which will provide a reference for future research work.
