摘要
有效的家校社合作离不开家长参与,而家长参与的边界管理策略影响着家长参与的质量深度。基于边界理论,文章通过因子分析研制出家长参与的边界管理策略测量工具,最终提炼出时间边界、空间边界、人际边界及心理边界管理策略四个维度,共计23小题。研究使用问卷调查法,收集、分析X小学316位家长参与的边界管理策略情况,并调查其影响因素。结果显示,家长在人际边界管理策略上表现最优秀,时间边界管理策略紧跟其后。同时,家长对孩子学习成绩的期待越高,其空间边界和人际边界管理策略投入就越多;学生年级越低,家长时间边界管理策略投入就越多。据此,研究提出,利用人际沟通优势,厘清家校社合作的职责边界,合理规划教育参与,发展家长边界参与的多元模式。
Effective family,school and community partnerships cannot be achieved without parental involvement,and parental boundary management strategies affect the quality and depth of parental involvement.Based on boundary theory,a measurement tool of parental boundary management strategy was developed through factor analysis,which extracted four dimensions:time boundary,space boundary,interpersonal boundary,and psychological boundary management strategies,containing 23 questions in total.Questionnaire survey was used to collect and analyze the boundary management strategies involving 316 parents in X Primary School,and the influencing factors were investigated.The results showed that parents performed best in interpersonal boundary management strategies,followed by time boundary management strategies.At the same time,the higher parents’expectations for their children’s academic performance,the more they invest in spatial boundary and interpersonal boundary management strategies.The lower the grade,the more parents invest in time boundary management strategies.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to utilize interpersonal communication advantages,clarify the responsibility boundaries of family,school and community partnerships,plan education involvement rationally,and develop multiple models of parents’boundary involvement.
