汽车发动机生产质量信息的Tableau数字化展示 被引量:3

摘要 发动机生产质量状态的统计与表达存在着工序多、质量数据分散、评价标准复杂,以及分析与统计过程中易产生不透彻、不准确等困难,为改进工作带来了不便。文章从发动机生产质量信息展示分析、数据维度与表达方法、展示规划与视图设计、数据导入与页面操作,以及数字化成果展示等方面出发,在Tableau软件中建立了体系化的表达方法,实现了数据的高阶与动态展示。该研究减轻了工程人员的重复劳动,提高了统计的准确率,达成了突出重点问题、辅助领导决策,以及减少报废和控制索赔的最终目的。 There are many difficulties in the statistics and expression of engine production quality,such as multiple processes,scattered quality data,complex evaluation criteria,and incomprehensiveness and inaccuracy in the process of analysis and statistics,which bring inconvenience to the improvement work.A systematic expression method is established in Tableau software from the aspects,such as engine production quality information display and analysis,data dimensions and expression methods,display planning and view design,data import and page operation,and digitalization results display in this paper,so as to realize high-level and dynamic data presenting.This study reduces the repetitive work of engineering personnel,improves the accuracy of statistics,and achieves the ultimate goal of highlighting key problems,assisting leaders in decision-making,and reducing scrapping and controlling claims.
