基于组合赋权的配送机器人软件易用性评估 被引量:1

Software Accessibility Evaluation of Delivery Robot Based on Combination Weighting

摘要 针对当前配送机器人软件易用性评估指标和评估方法缺乏的问题,提出一种基于组合赋权的配送机器人软件易用性评估方法,结合配送机器人软、硬件,以用户体验水平为中心,构建机器人软件的可辨识性、易访问性、易学性、用户差错防御性、易操作性、用户界面舒适性、易理解性等易用性指标;运用主观赋权法基于专家经验和知识保证评估的合理性,应用客观赋权法基于客观数据计算权重,确保评估的科学性,同时采用组合赋权法克服主客观单一赋权的局限性,又综合考虑主客观赋权法的科学性和合理性。最后,将该方法应用于某实验室配送机器人软件上,结果为8.766,对应等级R4,表明该软件综合评价等级为良好,满足用户对配送机器人软件的易用性要求,且该结果与预案评审结果一致,验证了该方法在易用性评估中的有效性和适用性。 Aiming at the lack of evaluation indicators and methods for accessibility of delivery robot software at present,a method for evaluating the accessibility of delivery robot software based on combination weighting is proposed.Combining the software and hardware of delivery robot,and focusing on user experience,the ease of use indicators of robot software such as identifiability,accessibility,learnability,user error prevention,ease of operation,user interface comfort,and ease of understanding are constructed;The subjective weighting method is used to ensure the rationality of the evaluation based on expert experience and knowledge,and the objective weighting method is used to calculate weights based on objective data to ensure the science of the evaluation.At the same time,the combined weighting method is used to overcome the limitations of subjective and objective single weighting,while comprehensively considering the science and rationality of the subjective and objective weighting method.Finally,the method was applied to the delivery robot software in a laboratory,and the result was 8.766,corresponding to a level of R4.This indicates that the comprehensive evaluation level of the software is good,meeting the user's requirements for the ease of use of the delivery robot software,and the result is consistent with the plan review result,verifying the effectiveness and applicability of the method in the ease of use evaluation.
