摘要
目的 探讨弹性髓内钉固定在小儿股骨干骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月本院收治的小儿股骨干骨折患者84例,并依据数字表法分对照组和实验组,每组各42例。对照组采用锁定加压钢板固定治疗法,实验组采用弹性髓内钉固定治疗法,观察两组患者的相关临床指标,分析临床疗效,同时对比两组患者的不良事件发生情况,以及治疗前后的疼痛情况。结果 经观察两组患者在手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量,以及骨折愈合时间等指标,发现实验组检测值整体表现优于对照组(P<0.05);根据股骨干骨折固定评分表结果,实验组患者关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);经观察两组患者不良事件情况,实验组发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);根据VAS视觉模拟评分结果,两组患者在治疗前评分值不具统计学差异(P>0.05),但在治疗后实验组的评分值较低,疼痛改善情况更显著(P<0.05)。结论 弹性髓内钉固定在小儿股骨干骨折治疗中的应用效果显著,不仅可有效改善患者相关临床指标,减轻患者疼痛度,同时还可降低不良事件的发生率,整体临床疗效佳,值得大力推广与借鉴。
Objective To explore and analyze application effect of elastic intramedullary nail fixation in treatment of femoral shaft fractures of children.Methods The paper chose 84 pediatric patients with femoral shaft fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group based on number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with locking compression steel plate fixation,while experimental group with elastic intramedullary nail fixation.Relevant clinical indicators between two groups were observed,clinical effect was analyzed,and incidence of adverse events and pain before and after treatment was compared.Results Experimental group had better overall performance than control group in terms of surgical time,incision length,intraoperative bleeding,and fracture healing time,with P<0.05.According to results of femoral shaft fracture fixation scoring table,excellent and good rate of joint function in experimental group was 95.24%,higher than 80.95%in control group,P<0.05.After observing adverse events between two groups,incidence of experimental group was 2.38%,lower than 14.29%of control group,P<0.05.VAS visual simulation scores showed no statistically significant difference between two groups before treatment,P>0.05.However,scores values of experimental group were lower after treatment,pain improvement was more significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nail fixation can achieve significant effect in treatment of pediatric femoral shaft fractures,can improve related clinical indicators and pain effectively,and reduce incidence of adverse events,with good overall clinical effect,which can be widely promoted and referenced.
