摘要
目的分析闭合复位及切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定术在股骨干骨折治疗中的应用。方法30病例均筛选自股骨干骨折患者,于2015年12月至2019年12月入组。以随机、单盲法分组,各15例。病例均实施交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗。对照组实施切开复位,观察组实施闭合复位。观察两组手术效果。结果观察组术中出血量较之对照组更少(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间较之对照组更短(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月的HSS评分较之对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(6.7%)较之对照组(40.0%)更低(P<0.05)。结论与切开复位相比,闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定手术治疗股骨干骨折,具有术中出血量少,术后并发症少,骨折愈合时间早及关节功能恢复效果好等优势。
Objective To analyze the application of closed reduction and open reduction interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture.Methods All 30 cases were selected from femoral shaft fracture and entered the group from December 2015 to December 2019.They were grouped by random and single blind method,15 cases each.All cases were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation.Open reduction was carried out in the control group and closed reduction was carried out in the observation group.The effect of the two groups was observed.Results Blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The HSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(40.0%),the observation group was lower in the incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with open reduction,closed reduction interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation has the advantages of less intraoperative bleeding,less postoperative complications,less fracture healing time and better joint function recovery.
