摘要
加快“数字中国建设”是全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的重要手段。“数字中国”有着极为丰富的内涵,其中既包含了“数字中国”概念的学理性问题,也包含了“数字中国”建设的实践性问题。因此,探讨如下问题对建设“数字中国”具有重要意义:首先对“数字中国”这一概念展开分析,研究“数字中国”的概念源流,并以此作为“数字中国”概念的分析背景;其次,研究“数字中国”的范畴演变,重点分析“数字中国”概念的内涵以及外延;再次,研究“数字中国”的框架逻辑,以此解释如何建设“数字中国”;最后,研究“数字中国”与中国式现代化之间的关系,分析“数字中国建设”对中国式现代化的具体影响。通过对上述问题的分析讨论,不仅可以对“数字中国”产生更为科学理性的认知,也有助于把握“数字中国建设”的实践性问题。
Accelerating the progress of“Digital China”is an important means to achieve the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized nation and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The concept of“Digital China”contains a wide range of content,including theoretical issues related to the conceptual framework of“Digital China”and practical problems related to its implementation.This paper begins by analyzing the concept of“Digital China”,researching its origins and using it as the analytical background for the concept.Next,it investigates the evolution of the scope of“Digital China”,focusing on the connotation and extension of this concept.Furthermore,it examines the logical framework of“Digital China”,explaining how to build it.Finally,it explores the relationship between“Digital China”and Chinese path to modernization,analyzing the specific impact of“the construction of Digital China”on this process.By analyzing these questions,not only can a more rational understanding of“Digital China”be developed,but also it helps to address the practical problems associated with the construction of“Digital China”.
