摘要
数字经济作为我国经济高质量发展的“加速器”,对于缓解就业具有不可替代的促进作用。本文通过数字经济岗位供给、区域“数字鸿沟”、产业结构转型、中小企业人才需求四个方面,分析数字经济背景下大学生就业形势的变化,探寻数字经济对大学生就业的作用机理,发掘大学生数字技能、职业规划、高校就业辅导、数字化平台就业服务存在的现实困境。基于此,进一步提出数字技术培养与人才培养、数字经济与相关专业学科建设、大学生就业观与新就业形态、数字化平台与高校大学生就业需求等“四个融合”措施,为全面实现数字经济背景下大学生就业的量质齐升提供参考。
Digital economy,as the"accelerator"of our country's high-quality eco⁃nomic growth,has an irreplaceable role in alleviating employment pressure.This paper an⁃alyzes the changes of college students’employment in the context of digital economy from four aspects:job supply of digital industry,regional"digital divide",industrial restructur⁃ing,and talent demand of small and medium-sized enterprises.The action mechanism of digital economy on college students'employment is explored and the practical difficulties are studied from such aspects as college students'digital skills training,career planning,employment guidance and employment service on digital platforms.Countermeasures are put forward aiming to achieve four integrations respectively between digital technology training and talent training,digital economy and related discipline construction,college students'employment concept and new forms of employment,digital platform and college students'employment demand.It is hoped that college students'employment can be im⁃proved both in terms of quality and quantity with the rising of digital economy.
