摘要
保险普惠性的发展有助于改善商业保险的产品品质和服务效率,提高社会公众对保险行业的满意度。本文建立指标体系,对各省市人身险行业的包容性发展水平进行测度,并基于2017年CHFS微观调查数据,检验区域人身险的包容性发展与公众对商业人身险总体评价的关系。然而实证结果表明,人身险的包容性发展恶化了公众对商业人身险的评价,这一现象令人深思。一方面商业人身险的普惠性还有待提高,但更为重要的是要促进保险行业的规范发展,实现客户满意度最大化,重新塑造行业形象,这才是治本之策。
The development of insurance inclusiveness helps to improve the product quality and service efficiency of commercial insurance and improve the public’s satisfaction with the insurance industry.This paper establishes an index system to measure the inclusive development level of the personal insurance industry in each province,and tests the relationship between the inclusive development of regional personal insurance and the public’s overall evaluation of commercial personal insurance based on the 2017 CHFS micro-survey data.However,the empirical results show that the inclusive development of personal insurance worsens the public’s evaluation of commercial personal insurance,which is thought-provoking.On the one hand,the universality of commercial personal insurance needs to be improved,but it is more important to promote the standardized development of the insurance industry,maximize customer satisfaction and reshape the image of the industry,which is the fundamental solution.
