摘要
目的探究在慢性胃炎合并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者的临床治疗过程中,应用香砂六君子汤联合基础三联治疗的效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月泰安市妇幼保健院成人内科收治的84例慢性胃炎合并Hp感染患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为基础组和联合组,每组各42例。基础组仅采用基础三联治疗,联合组采用香砂六君子汤联合基础三联治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、Hp清除率、炎性水平、不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组Hp清除率高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃分泌素(GAS)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应总发生率低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用香砂六君子汤联合基础三联治疗慢性胃炎合并Hp感染患者,能够有效改善治疗效果,提高Hp清除率,缓解患者的炎症反应,降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性,在临床中值得应用及推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with basic triple therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic gastritis complicated with Hp admitted to the Adult Internal Medicine Department of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into basic group and combination group by random number table.Each group included 42 patients.The basic group only used basic triple therapy.The combination group used Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with basic triple therapy.The clinical efficacy,Hp clearance,inflammatory level,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the basic group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The clearance rate of Hp was higher than that of the basic group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin(GAS),interleukin-17(IL-17),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were lower than the basic group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the combination group was lower than in the basic group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with basic triple therapy for Hp chronic gastritis can effectively improve the treatment effect,increase the Hp clearance rate,alleviate patients’inflammatory reactions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have high safety.It is worth applying and promoting in clinical practice.
