艾普拉唑联合瑞巴派特治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果被引量：2

摘要目的探讨艾普拉唑联合瑞巴派特治疗消化性溃疡的疗效以及安全性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择南华大学附属第二医院2018年5月—2019年6月收治的74例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为观察组(38例)和对照组(36例)。对照组接受艾普拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受瑞巴派特治疗,两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察并比较两组临床疗效比较;治疗前后,对患者临床症状进行评分;观察并比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组症状评分低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未发生药物不良反应。结论艾普拉唑联合瑞巴派特治疗消化性溃疡,可取得显著的临床疗效,且治疗安全可靠。
