摘要
目的:观察四联疗法联合穴位按摩护理对HP相关胃炎患者的干预效果。方法:选取2019年12月~2020年12月本院收治的80例HP相关胃炎患者为研究对象,分为两组(n=40),对照组给予四联疗法干预,观察组给予四联疗法联合穴位按摩干预,对两组患者临床症状改善情况,不良发生率,治疗有效率,HP根除率进行比较。结果:观察组临床症状改善情况评分低于对照组,两组存在差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率92.5%高于对照组的75%,两组存在差异(P<0.05)。观察组HP根除率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四联疗法联合穴位按摩护理对HP相关胃炎患者的干预效果显著,在临床中值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of four combination therapy combined with acupoint massage for HP related gastritis patients.Methods:80 patients with HP related gastritis in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups(n=40).The controlled group was given quadruple therapy intervention,and the observation group was given quadruple therapy combined with acupoint massage intervention.The improvement of clinical symptoms,incidence of adverse events,treatment efficiency and HP eradication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement score of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 75%of the controlled group(P<0.05).The HP eradication rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of quadruple therapy combined with acupoint massage nursing for patients with HP related gastritis is significant,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
