摘要
目的探讨六经调理膏联合度普利尤单抗在中重度特应性皮炎(AD)中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月在河北华奥医院皮肤科门诊就诊的中重度AD患者66例作为研究对象,采用信封抽签法将其分为对照组和试验组,各33例。对照组患者采用度普利尤单抗皮下注射治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上外用六经调理膏治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、病情改善程度评分、生活质量、湿疹自我评价评分、安全性。结果试验组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为96.97%、87.88%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2、8、16周,试验组皮肤病学生活质量指数(DLQI)、湿疹自我评价评分(POEM)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、8、16周,两组皮肤含水量均高于本组治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,两组皮肤pH值、油脂均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者均未出现皮肤发红、皮肤局部萎缩等不良反应现象,试验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六经调理膏联合度普利尤单抗治疗中重度AD临床效果显著,恢复正常皮肤,改善患者的生活质量,有较好的安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Six Channels Conditioning Cream combined with Dupilumab in the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods A total of 66 patients who visited the skin clinic of the Hebei Hua'ao Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the envelope lottery methods,with 33 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with Dupilumab subcutaneous injection,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Six Channels Conditioning Cream on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disease improvement score,quality of life,eczema self-evaluation score and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.97%and 87.88%,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2,8,and 16 weeks of treatment,the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and patient-oriented eczema measurement(POEM)scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At weeks 2,8,and 16 of treatment,the skin moisture content of both groups was higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the skin pH and oil levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes of experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions such as skin redness,itching,and local skin atrophy in both groups.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Six Channels Conditioning Cream combined with in the treatment of moderate to severe AD is remarkable,restores normal skin,improves the quality of life of patients,and has good safety.
