摘要
中华鳖苗种繁育是水产动物苗种繁育的重要教学内容之一。中华鳖生性胆小,需要在安静的环境中交配和产卵。生产上鳖蛋的孵化需要在专门的孵化室中进行,为防止感染和保持安静,一般繁苗场和孵化室实行封闭式管理。在学生实习实验过程中很难看到中华鳖繁殖过程的全貌,因此缺乏对中华鳖繁殖的感性认识和实验经验。本项目的建设思路是将虚拟仿真引入该实验项目,用计算机和三维动画形象地展示中华鳖交配、产卵、孵化和苗种培育的基本原理和实操过程,让学生精确掌握中华鳖苗种繁育的每一个过程,提升实验教学的效果。
The seedling breeding of Chinese soft-shelled turtle is one of the important teaching contents of aquatic animal seedling breeding.Since the Chinese soft-shelled turtle is timid and requires a quiet environment for mating and egg-laying.In the production,the hatchingof Chinese soft-shelled turtle eggs needs to be carried out in a specialized incubation room.In order to prevent infection and keep quiet,the general breeding farm and hatching room implement closed.During the students’practice experiment,it is difficult to see the whole breeding process of Chinese soft-shelled turtle,so the students lack the perceptual knowledge and experimental experience.The construction idea of this project is to introduce virtual simulation into the experimental project,and use computer and 3D animation to vividly display the basic principles and practical procedures of Chinese soft-shelled turtle mating,spawning,hatching and seedling cultivation,so that students can accurately master every process of Chinese soft-shelled turtle seed breeding and enhance the effectiveness of experimental teaching.
