摘要
直接法合成甲基氯硅烷是工业领域生产有机硅单体的重要方法。阐述了直接法合成二甲基二氯硅烷的反应机理与特点,分析了影响产物合成效率的因素,基于直接法设计了二甲基二氯硅烷的制备实验,探究了硅粉质量、硅粉粒径、一氯甲烷气流量对二甲基二氯硅烷收率的影响。研究结果表明,硅粉中杂质含量的增多会降低目标产物的含量,铁元素是影响产物收率的主要杂质,硅粉粒径越小,反应的诱导期越短。但由于粒径过小,反应后期散热受限,产物的收率反而降低,一氯甲烷气体流量减小时,有助于甲基氯硅烷的产生,产物的收率增加,但反应后期会因流速低、散热不良造成产物含量严重降低。
Direct synthesis of methyldichlorosilane is an important method for the production of organic silicon monomer in the industrial field.The reaction mechanism and characteristics of direct synthesis of dimethyldichlorosilanewere described,and the factors affecting the product synthesis efficiency were analyzed.Based on the direct method,the preparation experiment of dimethyldichlorosilanewas designed.The effects of silica powder mass,particle size and methane chloride gas flow on the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane were investigated.The results showed that the increase of impurity content in silica powder reduced the content of the target product,and Iron was the main impurity affecting the yield of the product.The smaller the particle size of silica powder,the shorter the induction period of the reaction was.However,due to the small particle size,the heat dissipation in the later stage of the reaction was limited,and the yield of the product was reduced.When the flow rate of monochloromethanewas reduced,the production of methyl chlorosilane was facilitated,and the yield of the product was increased.However,the product content was seriously reduced in the later stage of the reaction due to the low flow rate and poor heat dissipation.
