摘要
将一种含酰亚胺环的双酚A型二醚二酸酐类硅烷偶联剂(BPADA-AA-TES)。以不同速率稀释成不同浓度的水解产物,通过接触角和电导率随时间的变化,获得最佳的水解配比及水解时间,再涂覆在电解铜箔表面,并研究不同环境(食盐水、醋酸溶液、氢氧化钠溶液)中的防腐蚀性能效果。实验得出其最佳浓度配比硅烷∶乙醇∶水=5∶90∶5。最佳水解时间为26h。在浓度配比为硅烷∶乙醇∶水=5∶90∶5的接触角为97.8°,是其中最大接触角,也验证了电导率规律的一致性。
In this paper,a bisphenol A dietheric anhydride silane coupling agent containing imide ring(BPADA-AA-TES)was prepared and diluted into hydrolysates of different concentrations to obtain the best hydrolysis ratio and hydrolysis time by the change of contact angle and electrical conductivity with time.And then they were coated on the surface of electrolytic copper foil to study the corrosion resistance effect in different environments(salt water,acetic acid solution,sodium hydroxide solution).The experiments determined the optimal concentration ratio of silane∶ethanol∶water=5∶90∶5and the optimal hydrolysis time of 26h.At this optimal concentration ratio,the contact angle reached a maximum of 97.8°,which also verified the consistency of the electrical conductivity regularity.
