摘要
以中法关系为聚焦点,回顾十八大以来中国人文交流的演变态势,分析其动因,并对二十大之后人文交流的新动向进行展望。十八大以来,人文交流走过的历程以线性轨迹目测,呈现为上升—阻滞—再发力变向的图线。十八大之后的中法关系走势良好,通过元首外交提升和推动人文交流,赋予了中法交往以个人印迹。2020年之后,世界进入一个新的阶段,在此形势下,人文交流在形式和规模上发生了深刻的变化。二十大之后,国际局势的新变化有利于人文交流的开展。我们需要切实关注一个根本问题,那就是语言问题,“讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音”所需要的外语能力与作为工具的外语能力存在明显区别。
Focusing on Sino-French relations,review the evolution of China's cultural exchange since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,analyze its causesand look forward to the new trends of cultural exchange after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Sino-French relations have been in a good trend.Cultural exchange have been promoted and promoted through the diplomacy of the heads of state,which has given a personal imprint to Sino-French exchanges.After 2020,the world has entered a new stage.In this situation,exchanges between countries in the world have undergone profound changes in form and scale.The new changes in the international situation after the 20th National Congress are conducive to the development of Sino-French cultural exchanges.We need to really pay attention to a fundamental issueand that is language.To tell Chinese stories well and convey Chinese voices,the foreign language ability required is different from the foreign language ability used as a tool.
