摘要
本文运用对比分析和文献分析的方法,在分析语言规划、语言管理、语言治理三个概念的偏重及其关系的基础上,阐述语言治理的由来、发展和内涵。通过分析我国语言治理的研究现状,明了研究进度和研究局限,提出语言治理体系构建的必要性和三条路径取向,以明确其理论定位。
By means of a comparative literature analysis,this paper expounds the origin,development and connotation of language governance on the basis of analyzing three concepts—language planning,language management,and language governance.Analysis of the current research situation of language governance in China shows its progress and limitations.To explicate the theoretical position of language governance,the paper highlights the necessity of constructing a language governance system and proposes three paths.
