摘要
通过重新梳理三焦理论,结合现代实验研究,提出“间质系统-三焦”模型,以“间质系统-三焦”为切入点,联系阴茎解剖结构,发现二者在形态、结构、功能存在内在联系,且目前已有临床证据可以支撑二者间的联系。同时结合解表药的功效主治,发现基于“间质系统-三焦”模型,解表药治疗阳痿具有可行性,因此提出在阳痿辨证选药基础上,组方中兼顾配伍一些解表药物,往往可以提高临床疗效。
After reorganizing the theory of triple energizers and combining the finding of modern experiments,we proposed the model of“interstitium—triple energizers”.Taking interstitium—triple energizers as the starting point,linking the anatomical structure of the penis,we found that there is an internal relationship between interstitium and triple energizers in shape,structure and function,and at present,there is some clinical evidence to support the relationship between the two.At the same time,by combining with exterior-releasing medicinals and based on the model of interstitium—triple energizers,we found feasibility of treating impotence with exterior-releasing medicinals.When selecting medicinals to treat erectile dysfunction,one can often improve the clinical efficacy by adding some exterior-relieving medicinals in addition to use the medicinals on the basis of syndrome differentiation.
