摘要
目的基于CiteSpace分析三焦辨证研究热点及前沿。方法检索中国知网从建库至2021年6月5日的所有关于三焦辨证领域的文献。采用Excel2013对年发文量趋势分析,用CiteSpace5.6.R2软件对作者合作、关键词聚类以及研究热点、前沿等进行可视化分析。结果共检索到1230篇相关文献。年发文量一直处于上升趋势;发文量排前3位的作者是原晓风(8篇)、杨进(7篇)、赵进喜(5篇);北京中医药大学(115篇)是发文量最多的研究机构。关键词聚类分析结果为:#0湿热病、#1三焦、#2新型冠状病毒肺炎、#3三焦辨证、#4中医学、#5《伤寒论》、#6三仁汤、#7病机、#8学术思想、#9甘温除热、#10中医辨证。可以看出三焦辨证涵盖了中医药、机制、临床以及现瘟疫的研究。近20年的研究热点可以分为学术研究类(关键词:温病条辨、文献研究、中医、学术思想、病因病机、综述),临床类(关键词:名医经验、辨证论治、中医药治疗、辨证),疾病类(关键词:艾滋病、温病、眩晕、湿热、Covid-19)。结论三焦辨证领域有基础理论和疾病等多方位研究,通过图谱初步直观展现了三焦辨证领域发展脉络、研究热点及前沿趋势,为中医诊断、温病学研究提供研究方向。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of Sanjiao syndrome differentiation based on cite space.Methods we searched CNKI for all the literatures in the field of Sanjiao syndrome differentiation from the establishment of the database to June 5,2021.Excel 2013 was used to analyze the trend of the number of papers published in 2013.CiteSpace 5.6.r2software was used to analyze the author cooperation,keyword clustering,research hotspots and frontiers.Results A total of 1230literatures were retrieved.The number of annual publications has been on the rise;The top 3 authors were Yuan Xiaofeng(8 articles),Yang Jin(7 articles)and Zhao Jinxi(5 articles).In terms of research institutions,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(115 articles)was the most published.The results of the cluster analysis were as follows:#0 damp-heat disease,#1 trijiao,#2 novel coronavirus pneumonia,#3 tri-jiao syndrome differentiation,#4 Motherland medicine,#5"On Febrile Diseases",#6 Sanren Decoction,#7 pathogenesis,#8 Academic thought,#9 sweet and warm heat removal,#10 TCM syndrome differentiation.It can be seen that the syndrome differentiation of three focal points covers the study of traditional Chinese medicine,mechanism,clinic and current plague.Research hotspots in the past 20 years can be divided into academic research(keywords:differentiation of febrile diseases,literature research,traditional Chinese medicine,academic thought,etiology and pathogenesis,review),clinical(keywords:experience of famous doctors,syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese wedicine treatment,syndrome differentiation),and disease(key words:AIDS,febrile diseases,vertigo,dampness and heat,covid-19).Conclusion the field of Sanjiao syndrome differentiation is in a period of vigorous development,with inheritance and innovation.Through the atlas,the development context,research hotspots and cutting-edge trend of Sanjiao syndrome differentiation field are initially visualized,which provides research direction for traditional Chinese wedicine diagnosis and febrile disease research.
