听障青少年人际信任对心理健康的影响:一个链式中介模型 被引量:8

The Influence of Interpersonal Trust on Mental Health in Adolescents with Hearing Impairment:A Chain-Mediated Model

摘要 人际信任是听障青少年建立人际关系和维持心理健康的基石。为探讨人际信任对听障青少年心理健康的影响以及自我接纳与自尊在其中的中介作用,本研究采用人际信任量表、自我接纳问卷、自尊量表和一般健康量表对471名听障青少年进行调查。研究发现:(1)听障青少年的人际信任、自尊和自我接纳两两之间正相关,心理健康与人际信任、自尊、自我接纳之间正相关;(2)除直接路径外,人际信任还通过三条中介路径对听障青少年的心理健康产生影响;(3)自我接纳和自尊在听障青少年的人际信任与心理健康之间起到链式中介作用。基于此,我们应为听障青少年营造良好的人际信任环境,提高其自我接纳和自尊水平,促进其积极健康心理的形成和发展。 Interpersonal trust is the cornerstone of building interpersonal relationships and maintaining mental health in adolescents with hearing impairment.In order to explore the influence of interpersonal trust on the mental health of adolescents with hearing impairment and the mediating role of self-acceptance and self-esteem,471 adolescents with hearing impairment were investigated by using the interpersonal trust scale,the self-acceptance questionnaire,the self-esteem scale and the general health scale.It was found that:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between interpersonal trust,self-esteem and self-acceptance,and a significant positive correlation between mental health and interpersonal trust,self-esteem and self-acceptance among adolescents with hearing impairment;(2)Besides the direct path,interpersonal trust also affects the mental health of adolescents with hearing impairment through three mediating paths;(3)Self-acceptance and self-esteem play a significant chain-mediating role in the relationship between interpersonal trust and mental health of adolescents with hearing impairment.Based on this,we should create an excellent interpersonal trust environment for adolescents with hearing impairment,improve their self-acceptance and self-esteem,and promote the formation and development of their positive and healthy psychology.
