摘要
目的 探讨中药漱口液联合康复新液在复发性口腔溃疡中的应用效果及对免疫学指标的影响。方法 选择2022年1月-2022年6月在医院就诊的76例复发性口腔溃疡患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每38例,对照组给予康复新液含服,观察组在对照组基础上给予自制中药含漱液。比较两组效果及干预前后口腔溃疡疼痛程度,同时比较肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-2(IL-2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等炎性因子和CD+4、CD+3、CD+4/CD+8等免疫学指标。结果 观察组总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.333,P<0.05);干预后两组VAS评分均较干预前下降,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后两组TNF-α、IL-2及CRP水平均低于干预前,观察组炎性因子水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组CD+4、CD+3、CD+4/CD+8水平均较干预前提高,观察组各指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药漱口液联合康复新液可以减轻复发性口腔溃疡患者疼痛,降低炎性因子水平,提高免疫功能,增强作用效果,使患者获得更好的康复。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Chinese medicine gargle combined with Kangfuxin liquid in recur-rent oral ulcer and its influence on immunological indexes.Methods A total of 76 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in our hospital from January to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given Kangfuxin liquid,while the observation group was given homemade Chinese medicine gargle on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two groups and the pain degree of oral ulcer before and after intervention were compared,and inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),C-reactive protein(CRP)and.CD,CD,CDt/CD:and other immunological indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(x=6.333,P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those before intervention,and the VAS scores of the observation group were significant-ly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the lev-els of TNF-α,IL-2 and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the levels of inflammatory fac-tors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the diferences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of CD4,CD,and CD,/CD;in the two groups were higher than those before in-tervention,and the levels of all indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine gargle combined with Kangfuxin liquid can re-duce the pain of patients with recurrent oral ulcer,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve immune function,enhance the effect,and make patients get better rehabilitation.
