摘要
目的 分析癫痫患者应用小剂量丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗的效果。方法 以郑州大学第一附属医院2019年3月至2021年3月收治的210例癫痫患者为本组研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,对照组105例采取小剂量丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组105例应用小剂量丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗,对比两种方案的应用效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(80.00%),癫痫发作频率及持续时间均低于对照组,每180秒癫痫样放电次数和每180秒累及导联数少于对照组,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA评分)及生活质量评分明显增高,白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平低于对照组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率组间对比无意义(P>0.05)。结论 对癫痫患者应用小剂量丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗可显著改善其病情和生活质量,且治疗安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of low dose sodium valproate combined with lamotrigine on epilepsy patients.Methods Totally 210 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as experimental subjects,all patients were divided into groups by random number table method,105 cases in the control group were treated with low-dose sodium valproate,105 cases in the observation group were treated with low-dose so-dium valproate combined with lamotrigine,and the application effects of the two schemes were compared.Results The total effective rate(94.29%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the fre-quency and duration of seizures were lower than those in the control group,the number of epileptic discharge per 180 seconds and the number of involved leads per 180 seconds were lower than those in the control group,and the score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and quality of life were significantly increased.The levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)were lower than those of control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low dosage of sodium valproate combined with lamotrigine can significantly improve the con-dition and quality of life of epileptic patients,and the safety of treatment is high.
