摘要
越鞠丸始载于《丹溪心法》,素来被冠以“治郁圣药”。通过梳理越鞠丸相关中医古籍及现代临床文献,发现在药材基原、炮制方法及处方剂量折算等方面存疑。根据文献归纳整理,建议方中苍术基原为菊科植物茅苍术Atractylodes lancea干燥根茎;香附为莎草科植物莎草Cyperus rotundus的干燥根茎;川芎为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong的干燥根茎;神曲为建神曲,由面粉、麦麸、辣蓼、青蒿、苍耳草、赤小豆、苦杏仁制成;栀子为茜草科植物栀子Gardenia jasminoides的干燥成熟果实。炮制方面建议按照《中国药典》2020年版规定的炮制方法。剂量上,建议丸剂1次6~9 g,1日2次,成人用量为12~18 g/d,70~120丸/次,日总服用量为140~240丸;汤剂以《中国药典》2020年版各药材等分以6~10 g/d为参考。
Yueju Pill,first mentioned in Danxi’s Mastery of Medicine,has long been renowned as the“sacred medicine for treating depression”.By reviewing relevant ancient Chinese medical texts and modern clinical literature on Yueju Pill,it has been found that there are uncertainties regarding the sources of medicinal materials,processing methods,and prescription dosage conversions.Based on the compiled and organized literature,the following recommendations were proposed:Maocangzhu[Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.],a plant of the Asteraceae family,should serve as the authentic botanical source for Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma);Shacao(Cyperus rotundus L.),belonging to the Cyperaceae family,should be used as Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma);Chuanxiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.),a plant from the Umbelliferae family,should be designated as Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma);Shenqu,being known as Jianshenqu,should consist of a mixture of flour,Hordeum vulgare,Laliao(Polygonum hydropiper L.),Huanghuahao(Artemisia annua L.),Canger(Xanthium sibiricum Patr.),Chixiaodou(Vigna umbellata Ohwi et Ohashi)and Shanxing(Prunus armeniaca L.var.ansu Maxim.);and Zhizi(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis),a plant in the Rubiaceae family,should be recognized as Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus).Concerning processing methods,it is recommended to adhere to the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.In terms of prescription dosage,it is recommended to choose a dosage of 6—9 g per dose for Yueju Pill,twice a day.For adults,if the dosage is 12—18 g/day,70—120 pills/time,and the total daily dosage is 140—240 pills;The dosage of the decoction is based on the current 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,which divides the medicinal materials equally and uses 6—10 g/day as a reference.
