摘要
通过对患者的临床症状观察,结合古今中医典籍论著与名老中医论治经验,笔者认为从“阳”论治抑郁症更为重要。该病病位在“阳脉之海”督脉所系之“脑腑”,督脉“阳虚不充”或“阳郁不达”脑窍而致“阳气不充养元神”为致病之关键。紧扣病位与核心病机,确立了“温阳疏郁、启闭开窍”针灸法治疗此病,此法经临床应用安全、有效。本文旨在从“阳气”角度辨析抑郁症病位、病因病机,并阐明此针法的立意和具体操作,以期为中医治疗此病提供新的治疗思路。
Through the observation of patients'clinical symptoms,combined with the ancient and modern traditional Chinese medicine books and famous old Chinese medicine treatment experience,the author believes that it is more important to treat depression from“Yang”.This disease is located in the“sea of Yang pulse”Du pulse of the“brain mansion”,Du pulse“Yang deficiency is not full”or“Yang Yu is not reached”brain body caused by“Yang qi is not full of Yuan God”is the key to the disease.Closely linked with the disease location and the core pathogenesis,the acupuncture and moxibustion method of“warm Yang,relieve depression,open and close”was established to treat this disease.This method is safe and effective in clinical application.The purpose of this paper is to distinguish the location,etiology and pathogenesis of depression from the perspective of“Yang qi”,and to clarify the idea and specific operation of this acupuncture method,in order to provide a new therapeutic idea for the treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
