摘要
随着我国产业模式由“中国制造”转向“中国创造”,“工匠精神”日益成为以高质量发展助力中国式现代化的道德驱动力。国内“工匠精神”研究集中于概念演化分析的宏观层面以及职业教育领域。近年来,社会学学者开始从技能社会、单位社会等角度关注“工匠精神”的社会性,但较少从“工匠精神”脱胎于职业伦理的涂尔干式道德社会学传统进行分析。在个体层面,道德社会学强调道德事实分析的认识论,促使研究者将个体劳动者的“工匠精神”视为职业道德事实,由工匠认知和工匠行为组成,并在不同岗位展示出不同的面向和重点,体现了道德事实的丰富性;在群体层面,研究者通过道德社会学的角度,聚焦于技能共同体、平等参与、信任关怀、民主合作的集体性道德事实。此外,企业内部保障和职业共同体创新、企业社区福利的共同体环境,对于彰显“工匠精神”的共同体规范性,助力国企高质量发展也格外重要。在学理层面,道德社会学追索共同体伦理的传统,使其自身超越过于强调描述性和差异性的相对主义囹圄,彰显“均等”“合群”的共同体规范性,以反思现代性发展的伦理困境,最终从人类群体整体感角度整合社会。
In the process of Chinese modernization,"Craftsman spirit"has increasingly become the moral driving force for the industrial model shifting from"Made in China"to"Created in China".The research on"craftsmanship spirit"in China focuses on the macro level of conceptual evolution analysis,as well as the vocational education research.In recent years,sociologists have been paying attention to the sociality of"craftsmanship spirit"from the perspectives of skill society and Dan Wei society.But there is less analysis from the moral sociology with Durkheim style tradition of"craftsmanship spirit" derived from occupation ethics.At the individual level,moral sociology emphasizes the epistemology of moral fact analysis,prompting researchers to view the"craftsman spirit"of individual workers as an occupational moral fact.It consists of craftsman cognition and behavior,reflecting different perspectives and priorities at different job levels,demonstrating the rich connotation of moral facts.At the group level,researchers focus on the collective moral facts of skill community,equal participation,trust and consideration,and cooperation from the perspective of moral sociology.In addition,the community environment of internal security and occupational community innovation,as well as corporate community welfare,is particularly important for showcasing the community standardization of the"craftsman spirit"and promoting the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.At the academic level,moral sociology traces the tradition of community ethics,surpassing the relativistic trap of emphasizing too much on descriptive and differential aspects,highlighting the community norms of"equality"and""solidarity,in order to reflect on the ethical dilemma of modern development,and ultimately integrate society from the perspective of the overall sense of human community.
