摘要
我国职业教育正在走向内涵发展和质量提升的新阶段,如何培育"工匠精神"已成为时代课题。将"工匠精神"具备的知行合一、敬业乐业、德艺并举的价值取向融入技能型人才培养的工作中,以适应中国制造发展的趋势,满足职业院校办学定位和生存发展的需要,有利于技能型人才综合素质的提升和学生职业生涯的发展。同时,通过加强课程设置、专业建设和推进产教融合等多渠道并举的途径,将"工匠精神"的培育融入到职业教育各个环节,有利于全面提高具有"工匠精神"的技能型人才培养质量。
Vocational education in China is moving into a new stage of connotation development and quality promotion, and how to cultivate＂spirit of the craftsman＂has become a topic recently. The unity of knowledge and action, dedication and enthusiasm, virtue and skill is the value orientation of spritof the craftsman, which can adapt to the trend of Chinesemanufacturing development, meet the needs of vocational colleges＇running orientation, survival and development, and bring benefits to the improvement of skilled talents＇comprehensive quality and the development of students＇professional careers. Meanwhile, through enhancing curriculum setting and specialty building and boosting the combination of production and teaching together with some other methods, the cultivation of the＂spirit of the craftsman＂is to be integrated into each process of the vocational education, which will improve the overall quality of the skilled talents with that spirit.
