摘要
丁香酚对罗非鱼、石斑鱼等鲜活水产品具有良好的麻醉效果,可以有效提高存活率和运输密度,被广泛应用于水产品流通环节。近年已开发出了多种用于检测水产品中丁香酚的检测方法。本文综述了水产品中丁香酚检测方法的研究现状,论述了水产品中丁香酚残留检测方法及优缺点,并对其发展方向和面临的困难进行了展望,旨在为水产品中丁香酚的检测方法提供参考。
Eugenol has good anesthetic effects on fresh aquatic products such as tilaoia and grouper.It is can effectively improve survival rate and transportation density.storage,and transportstion processes.In recent years,many detection methods for eugenol in aquatic products have been developed.This article reviews the current research status of detection methods for eugenol in aquatic products,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of residual detection methods for eugenol in aquatic products,and prospects its development direction and difficulties,aiming to provide reference for the detection methods of eugenol in aquatic products.
