摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法测定复方薄荷柳酯搽剂中麝香草酚和丁香酚的含量。方法:以HP-INNOWAX石英毛细管柱为色谱柱,程序升温,进样口温度200℃,检测器(FID)温度250℃,分流比5∶1,载气流速2.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:麝香草酚和丁香酚的线性范围分别为0.009~0.118、0.003~0.041 mg·mL^(-1)(r≥0.9995),平均回收率为100.88%、99.75%,RSD均小于2.0%(n=9)。测定样品3批,麝香草酚含量为标示量的99.32%~99.66%,丁香酚含量为99.53%~100.08%。结论:本法能同时测定复方薄荷柳酯搽剂中麝香草和丁香酚的含量,可用于复方薄荷柳酯搽剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of thymol and eugenol in compound Boheliuzhi liniment.Methods:The analysis was performed on an Agilent HP-INNOWAX capillary column with programmed temperature.The inlet temperature was 200℃and FID detector temperature was 250℃.The split ratio was 5∶1 and the flow rate was 2 mL·min^(-1).Results:The linear range values of thymol and eugenol were 0.009-0.118 and 0.003-0.041 mg·mL^(-1)(r≥0.9995),respectively.The average recoveries were 100.88%and 99.75%,respectively.Both RSD values were less than 2.0%(n=9).For 3 batches of samples determined,contents of thymol were and eugenol were 99.32%-99.66%and 99.53%-100.08%,respectively.Conclusion:The method can simultaneously determine thyme and eugenol,which can be used in the quality control of compound Boheliuzhi liniment.
