摘要
文章将场景理论引入饮食类非遗保护与传承领域,设计饮食类非遗云平台,数字赋能跨界连接饮食类非遗管理、传播、培训、商业等系列场景,形成完整、全面的饮食类非遗数字保护与传承链,进一步扩大饮食类非遗的影响力。
This paper introduces the theory of scene into the protection and inheritance of catering intangible cultural heritage.It proposes the design of a cloud platform for catering intangible cultural heritage,which digitally empowers cross-border connections of the management,dissemination,training,business,and other scenes concerning catering intangible cultural heritage.Through this approach,it establishes a complete and comprehensive chain for the digital protection and inheritance of catering intangible cultural heritage,thereby significantly expanding its influence.
