摘要
随着我国逐渐进入到休闲、大产业、全域化发展时代,新业态新模式背景下,人们对旅游发展转型提出了新的更高要求,这就需要结合时代、旅游业的特性,提出美食旅游发展新路径并进行研究,对于推动旅游产业发展和旅游经济增长具有重大意义。本文从美食旅游经济产业融合开发、借助旅行社力量开发美食旅游经济产业组装产品、政府引导积极组织协调美食旅游产业融合发展几个方面对美食旅游产业的创新发展进行了探讨,旨在有效推动美食旅游经济的创新发展。
With China gradually entering the era of leisure,large industry and global development,new and higher requirements are put forward for the transformation of tourism development under the background of new formats and new models.This requires us to combine the characteristics of the times and tourism industry,put forward and study the new development path of gourmet tourism,which is of great significance to promote the development of tourism industry and the growth of tourism economy.This paper discusses the innovation and development of food tourism industry from the following aspects:the integration and development of food tourism economy industry,the development of food tourism industry assembly products with the help of travel agencies,and the government’s guidance to actively organize and coordinate the integration and development of food tourism industry,so as to effectively promote the innovation and development of food tourism economy.
