摘要
ChatGPT的问世给世界带来了巨大的变革,特别是对有较高经验积累和人文素养要求的医学教育方面,也提出了新的挑战。皮肤科是一门直观且复杂的学科,在医学生的本科学习阶段,相对于内外妇儿四大学科,皮肤病学由于教学课时数少、理论抽象等原因容易导致学生对皮肤科专业知识掌握不够扎实。因此,提升皮肤专业规培教育的质量和效果十分重要。在以“Chat GPT”为代表的人工智能兴起的时代下,皮肤科医师的规培教育迎来了新的机遇,但同时也面临巨大挑战。如何应对这些挑战,更好地将Chat GPT等人工智能应用于医学教育中也是我们需要思考的问题。
The advent of ChatGPT has brought about great changes in the world and has proposed new challenges,especially in terms of medical education,which possess high experience and humanistic literacy requirements.Dermatology is an intuitive and complex discipline.Compared with the discipline of internal medicine,gynecology,surgery and pediatrics,medical students cannot grasp solid dermatology expertise due to given less teaching that hours,abstract theory and so on during the undergraduate studies.Therefore,it is important to improve the quality and effectiveness of dermatology training education.In the time of the rise of artificial intelligence represented by “ChatGPT + ”,dermatologists' training education faces new opportunities and great challenges.How to deal with these challenges and better to apply Chat GPT or other artificial intelligence in medical education is a question for us.
