摘要
以我国铁路行业有效发明专利为研究对象,基于国家知识产权局对高价值发明专利界定的统计指标,从发明专利维持年限分布、专利权人排名、发明专利的质押融资情况、战略新兴产业发明专利的技术领域分布、在海外有同族专利权的发明专利数量、获得中国专利奖的发明专利情况等不同角度,研究我国铁路行业高价值发明专利布局态势,总结我国铁路行业高价值发明专利数量与占比、技术分布等方面的不足,并从铁路关键技术高价值发明专利培育和海外专利布局数量提升、以及强化中国专利奖申报等方面提出建议。
Taking the valid invention patents in China railway industry as the research object,and based on the statis⁃tical scope of high value invention patents defined by China National Intellectual Property Administration,the layout trend of high value invention patents in China railway industry is studied from different perspectives,such as the distri⁃bution of maintenance years of invention patents,patentee ranking,financing of invention patentspledge,technical fields of invention patents in strategic emerging industries,the number of invention patents with the same patent rights overseas,and the situation of invention patents that have won China Patent Awards.The shortcomings of highvalue in⁃vention patentsin China railway industry are summarized from the aspects of patent number and proportion,technology distribution,etc.,and reference suggestions are put forward from cultivating and increasing the number overseas of highvalue invention patents of railway key technologies,and strengthening the declaration of Chinese Patent Awards.
