摘要
随着"一带一路"战略的实施,中国越来越多的施工企业走向海外,面对错综复杂的异国环境,为使中国企业更好地规避法律风险、扬帆远航,本文对一些海外施工案例进行了梳理,归纳了实地考察与调研不当、低价中标、工期延误、法律审核缺失等12个方面的主要风险点,提出了具体的防控措施,旨在为已经走向或者即将走向海外的企业提供一些有益的帮助。
As the progress of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative （B＆R）＂, increasingly more of Chinese enterprises begin to go to overseas for new opportunities of development. Facing against the complicated local surroundings, how do they avoid and control legal risks, and successfully grow healthy？ The author suggested some specific measures against the legal risks in 12 aspects such as inefficient investigation, low price tendering, extending of terms, and failure to legal review which he sorted out from his study on some cases of overseas construction, and hoped this result could provide some help for these enterprises, who entered or are going to enter overseas construction market.
