摘要
在智能制造的大背景下,深入探索校企深度融合作,探索机电类应用型人才培养的有效途径,是当务之急。本文依据多层次校企合作模式,探索了如何联合培养适应区域经济发展的综合应用型人才,助推校企合作长效、可持续性发展。
Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,it is urgent to deeply integrate the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,which is an effective way to promote the training of mechanical and electrical application-orientedtalents.The cooperation between the colleges and the enterprises.Based on the multi-level college-enterprise cooperation model,this paper explores how to jointly cultivate the comprehensive applied talents that adapt to regional economic development,and promote the long-term and sustainable development of colleges enterprise cooperation.
