摘要
面对新一轮科技革命的加速进行,工业化和信息化加速融合,培养与地方经济发展相适配的人才的相关探索与实践正成为教育和产业界关注的重点。文章结合"智能智造"的产业背景,分析了高职信息技术类人才培养的现状和存在的典型问题,给出了智能制造背景下信息技术人才的培养路径,即强化以"立德树人"为根本、专业素养为核心的教育理念,基于智能车间生产场景推进课堂教学,校企紧密衔接促进学生职业技能稳步提升,瞄准产业发展方向推动创新创业迈上新台阶,多方联动建立协同育人体制机制。
Facing the accelerated progress of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, the accelerated integration of industrialization and informatization, and the related exploration and practice of cultivating talents suitable for local economic development are becoming the focus of education and industry field. The article combines the industrial background of "intelligent manufacturing", analyzes the current situation and typical problems of the cultivation of information technology talents in higher vocational colleges, and gives the training path of information technology talents under the background of intelligent manufacturing. That is to take strengthening the educational concept of "cultivating people with morality" and taking professional quality as the core. Based on the intelligent workshop production scene, classroom teaching is promoted. Schools and enterprises are closely linked to promote the steady improvement of students’ vocational skills. Take innovation and entrepreneurship to a new level by aiming at the direction of industrial development, and establish a system and mechanism for multi-party cooperation in educating people.
