摘要
研究食用菌总黄酮对运动员抗疲劳能力的影响.选取游泳能力好、年龄25周岁的健康运动员60名,分别观察食用菌总黄酮对运动员微动脉血管口径、微动脉血管流态的影响.将60名被试运动员分为运动对照组、食用菌总黄酮低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组四组,分别测定食用菌黄酮对运动员力竭游泳时间、血尿素氮(BUN)、总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、细胞内丙二醛(MAD)含量以及肝糖原和肌糖原含量的影响.结果表明,与运动对照组相比,其他三组力竭游泳的时间较长,并且BUN、SOD、MAD、肝糖原、肌糖原的含量相对较高;食用菌总黄酮能够提高运动员的抗疲劳能力.
To study the effect of total flavonoids of edible fungi on the anti-fatigue ability of athletes.60 healthy athletes with good swimming ability and 25 years old were selected to observe the effects of total flavonoids of edible fungi on the caliber and flow pattern of the athletes’arterioles.In the experiment,60 athletes were divided into four groups:exercise control group,low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group.The effects of edible fungus flavonoids on athletes’exhaustive swimming time,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),total superoxide dismutase(SOD),intracellular malondialdehyde(MAD)content,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content were measured respectively.The results showed that compared with the exercise control group,the other three groups could have a longer time of exhaustive swimming,and the contents of BUN,SOD,MAD,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were relatively high;The total flavonoids of edible fungi can improve their anti-fatigue ability.
