摘要
目的:根据对运动员减控体重的要求和特点,选择设计荷叶黄酮配方,并进行本营养品的减重降脂作用及安全性实验研究。方法:采用体外酶抑制法测定荷叶黄酮对脂肪酶活性的影响;采用营养性肥胖大鼠模型试验进行荷叶黄酮的减重和降血脂作用研究。MTT法检测不同浓度荷叶黄酮对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖的影响。油红染色法定量检测荷叶黄酮对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞分化的影响。结果:荷叶黄酮对脂肪酶活性有抑制作用,且随着浓度的增大而增强。肥胖大鼠模型试验结果表明,荷叶黄酮能显著降低动物的体重,体脂比,血清甘油三酯(TG),胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及HMG-Co A还原酶活性。MTT法检测结果显示,荷叶黄酮可抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞的分化,其抑制作用具有浓度依赖性。结论:补充荷叶黄酮配方营养品具有明显的减重作用,其作用机制与降低血脂、抑制脂肪细胞分化有关。
Objective: According to the requirements and characteristics of weight reduction of athletes,choose the design of lotus flavones formula,and the nutrition lipid-lowering effect of weight loss and security research. Methods: lotus flavones was evaluated by in vitro enzyme inhibition method to influence on the activity of lipase; With nutritional obesity rats model test of lotus flavones of weight loss and fall hematic fat action research. It uses MTT method to detect the different concentration of lotus flavones on 3 t3-the influence of L1 before fat cell proliferation. Oil red staining quantitative detection of lotus flavones of 3 t3-before the L1 influence of adipocyte differentiation. Results: lotus flavones showed inhibitory effect on the activity of lipase,and increased with the increase of concentration. Obese rats model test results show that the lotus flavones can significantly reduce the weight of the animal,body fat,serum triglyceride( TG),cholesterol( TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) and HMG Co A reductase activity. It uses MTT method to detect the results and those showed that lotus flavones can inhibit adipocyte differentiation before 3 t3-L1,its inhibition concentration dependence. Conclusion: Added lotus flavones nutrition formula has obvious weight loss effect,its mechanism of action and related to lower blood lipids,inhibit adipocyte differentiation.
