摘要
乡贤文化是我国优秀乡土文化的重要内容,也是乡村人才振兴的动力源泉,其蕴含的乡土情结、善治源泉、文明力量、道德基础是有力回应乡村振兴、农业农村现代化等现实需求的优势内核。但是,在“传统”与“现代”的冲突下,乡贤文化面临载体缺失、主体缺位、认同不足与作用受限的发展困境。为此,应注重乡贤文化的挖掘与保护,积极培育新时代乡贤,营造崇德尚贤的乡土氛围,探索更为有效的乡贤文化发展机制。
The culture of rural sages is an important part of China’s excellent local culture and a source of power for the revitaliza-tion of rural talents.The local complex,the source of good governance,the power of civilization and the moral foundation it con-tains are the dominant cores that effectively respond to the practical needs of rural revitalization,agricultural and rural moderniza-tion.However,under the conflict between“tradition”and“modern”,the culture of rural sages is facing the development dilemma of lack of carrier,absence of subject,lack of identity and limited role.Therefore,we should pay attention to the excavation and pro-tection of rural sage culture,actively cultivate rural sages in the new era,create a rural atmosphere of advocating morality and sages,and explore a more effective development mechanism of rural sage culture.
