摘要
IATF 16949标准在大型整车厂和系统总成供应厂已经得到实施和应用,但在汽车零件厂由于体量比较小,大多是中小型企业,管理能力、成本及资源落后等原因,在体系运行、实施与应用方面相对于整车厂及系统总成厂有较大落差。本文从深圳某汽车企业的IATF16949:2016贯标和实施过程作为研究对象,运用标准化理论与方法,以参与者和实施者的角度,深度解析深圳某汽车企业在贯标与实施过程中所采用的方法及工具,遇到的问题及采用的解决方案,客观地评价IATF16949在中小型汽配企业中产生的价值,以及IATF16949对我国其他中小型汽配企业实施时可能产生的问题的建议。旨在有限资源下,最大化地运用IATF 16949体系帮助汽车企业解决问题。
This article takes a certain automotive enterprise in Shenzhen as the research object for its compliance and implementation process with the IATF 16949:2016 standard.Using standardized theory and methods,it analyzes the methods and tools adopted by participants and implementers from their perspectives,the problems encountered,and the solutions adopted during the compliance and implementation process.The article objectively evaluates the value produced by IATF 16949 in small and medium-sized automotive parts enterprises and provides suggestions for potential issues that may arise when implementing IATF 16949 in other similar Chinese enterprises.By maximizing the use of limited resources,the IATF 16949 system can help companies solve problems.
