摘要
在对BIM技术在建筑工程质量管控中的应用模式的变迁进行总结的基础上,探索更便捷、更智能的建筑工程质量管控的方法。通过充分挖掘BIM技术与物联网、云平台和智能技术集成应用的价值,解决了传统质量管控中人工消耗大、数据收集难等问题,为参建各方提供了高效的质量控制手段,以期推动建筑工程行业高质量发展。
On the basis of summarizing the change of the application mode of BIM technology in the quality control of construction engineering,this paper explores a more convenient and intelligent method for the quality control of construction engineering.By fully exploiting the value of integration of BIM technology with internet of things,cloud platform and intelligent technology,the problems of high manual consumption and difficult data collection in traditional quality control are solved,for all parties involved in the construction of a high-efficient quality control means,with a view to promoting high-quality development of the construction industry.
