摘要
文章主要对建筑工程特点以及质量管理进行研究,通过分析建筑工程管理中BIM技术的应用效果,对工程质量进行控制。在此基础上,有效借助案例分析的方式研究建筑中借助BIM技术对设计图纸进行审查、模型交底、碰撞监测和优化可视化方案,在整理质量数据的基础上分析应用BIM技术的项目实施和质量管理效果。
This paper mainly studies the characteristics of construction projects and quality management, and then controls the quality of projects by analyzing the application effect of BIM technology in construction project management. On this basis, it effectively uses case analysis to study the design drawing review, model disclosure, collision monitoring and optimization visualization schemes with BIM technology in buildings, and analyzes the project implementation and quality management effects of the application of BIM technology base on collating quality data.
